• Remember to close the bay window when in use.

• Check in: 14:00 to 17:00. Please contact us if you plan to arrive after 17:00.
• Check out: Before 10:00

• The bins for selective sorting (rubbish-recycling-glass) are outside the car park on the right.
• The compost bin is outside the car park on the right and then the 1st alley on the right.
• On your departure, a fee of 40 € will be charged if the kitchen area is not tidy/ the dishes are not done/ the bins are not taken out.

The letterbox is outside, at the bottom of the fire escapes.

• Tourist tax: 0.99 € per day, per adult
• Access to washing machine: 3 € per wash
• Parasol, sun lounger, armchair starting from 5 €
• Housekeeping during stay 15 €

The closest petrol station is at 5mn, Route de Montpellier 

200m from the car park on the right you will find a grocery store, newsagent and bakery. The port is 15 minutes away along the promenade.

Please note that the smoke detectors are very sensitive. If you’re cooking, close the kitchen and bedroom doors. If you smoke, go out onto the balcony. Triggering the smoke alarms costs €70.

Selective sorting and composting are available.

We use ecological cleaning products and sustainable or recyclable materials.

TIPS FOR SUSTAINABILITY:

• Close the bay window if you are using the air conditioning or heating.
• Turn off the tap when brushing your teeth or soaping up in the shower.
• Do not throw away ice cubes or cooking water; put them in plants.
• Only fill the kettle with the water you need.
• Turn off the air conditioning or heating when you leave your flat.
• Limit the purchase of plastic packaging.
